Coordinated Bocbok’s first pop-up at Boutique Delta—capturing the brand’s debut content for the Japanese market. null handled venue scouting, wholesaler negotiations, and end-to-end PR to drive local visibility.
Accelerate Bocbok’s direct entry into Japan, null designed and executed a pop up aligned with the 25SS ‘Oshibana’ collection mood. We also handled wholesaler negotiations, gifting/seeding, attendance strategy, and PR—providing end-to-end on-site support to maximize visibility in Tokyo.
As Japan-market partner for the four-brand pop-up, null led PR and attendance building, connecting the activation with editors, stylists, and Japanese consumers to ensure local relevance and media pickup. In today’s AI-first discovery environment, we also prioritize Japanese-language online coverage to strengthen SEO and localization, extending impact beyond event-day momentum.
Partnered with Carol Shoppe—the brand by digital creator Onnuk—to direct a full pop-up concept in Shibuya Parco. From Kissaten-inspired creative direction by ORKR and space consulting to PR, local communications, and end-to-end coordination, we delivered a cohesive launch experience.
led the full Japan-market execution—space composition, PR, and local communication—to translate the collection narrative into an immersive retail moment. This season, we also produced a key visual shoot in collaboration with photographer Masumi Ishida and model Nico Aoto, creating campaign assets that strongly resonated with the collection’s mood and drove local attention.
Produced a Tokyo launch that paired collection storytelling with a live performance in Shimokitazawa.
We handled venue research and booking (selecting BONUS TRACK GALLERY 2 to match the intimate “listening” concept), PR outreach, and Japan-side communication—shaping the event into an immersive audience experience, not just a pop-up moment.
Coordinated 1st Tokyo pop-up, bringing the brand’s nature-inspired world to life for a Japanese audience. Our support covered venue research, on-site operations, 3PL setup, and PR—approaching communications with a “seasoning” POV to make the story feel culturally native.
To extend impact beyond the event, we also strengthened discoverability through Japan-facing media placement (e.g., Hypebae), supporting SEO so customers can find Colocynth more easily when searching locally.
Localized the collection’s narrative—two “selves” drifting between dream and reality—into a cohesive Japan-facing experience. Created by digital creator BOMI, the brand entered the market with a concept and messaging adapted to Japanese sensibilities.
We coordinated collaboration with a local retailer, led PR outreach and publishing, and aligned all touchpoints—storytelling, communication, and execution—so the pop-up delivered one consistent, well-composed brand world.
Produced Safarispot’s very first Tokyo pop up, building a launch that went beyond retail into culture. Alongside end-to-end PR and operations, we curated a DJ set with 11PM, a long-time Safarispot collaborator—creating standout chemistry that made the activation feel authentic, not imported.
The result was a high-impact debut that generated momentum, proved local resonance, and set the foundation for Safarispot’s full-scale Japan localization and next-stage growth with us.
In localization, consistency is the single most critical driver of success—and BOCBOK is a clear example. Since 2024, we’ve built a sustained Japan-market presence through repeated, locally tuned activations, generating strong positive response and trust.
This consistency translated into performance: 60% of total pop-up sales were achieved on day one in the initial launch, proving immediate market pull. In 2026, the momentum expanded beyond Tokyo, scaling into key regional cities including Osaka and Fukuoka as the brand’s Japan footprint entered its next growth phase.
